Billy Kelly released his first children's music album, Thank You for Joining the Happy Club in 2009 to widespread critical acclaim. About.com hailed its "1-2-3 punch of catchy tunes, witty lyrics, and songs that are fun for the whole family" and said that "This one easily lands on the list of best kids' music of 2009." Other nice things were written and said as well. In total, Billy Kelly has personally handcrafted 6 (six) (VI) albums for kids & families, including 2015's GRAMMY-nominated Trees, which he made with his friend, and fellow children's musician, Molly Ledford.
